Web 2.00 – whatever

Well, at least I got two workouts in: about 20 minutes of an Increase your Energy workout from Self magazine and the 40 minute Latin Flavor Yoga Booty Ballet video, which was really only about 20 minutes of cardio and the rest abs and stretches. Didn’t make it through ALL the abs, but it’s much easier than most of the videos I’ve got. Very dancey choreography, of course, so I dropped the fancy arms and just tried to keep the feet in the proper places, with mixed success. Yes, I did break a sweat, so it counts.

Got a bit of a headache towards the end, but that might just be the paint fumes in here. I had the door open and aircon going though.Went away once I had the salad, come to think of it.

Until I get back to a reasonable number, I think it’s going to be two workouts a day for me. I really don’t see any alternatives.

Food: Bowl of cereal and milk; PB soup consisting of one tablespoon peanut butter, one green pepper, half an onion, and a bunch of celery with chilis and garlic and a bit of soup powder; one whole wheat pita with peanut butter and one packet of jam; one spinach salad with a lot of spinach, one yellow pepper, and a can of crab (80 calories, according to the label) with blue cheese dressing (light). One cup of coffee and one cup of cocoa, total sugars two packets. Total milk one cup, plus whatever I used on the cereal. One glass Pomegranate/red grapefruit juice.

No, I could not be said to be overdoing things.
